The majority of the principle cast
of Mystery Play
have recently graduated from London's Central School of Speech and Drama. Tom
Chadwick has, since graduation, appeared in Nicola Dahlinger's production
of The Sea and the Mirror by W H Auden, which played on the Edinburgh
fringe to rave reviews. Jamie Jarvis was winner of a 1997 Laurence Olivier
Bursary Award. Vicki Simon is currently appearing
in Trevor Nunn's acclaimed production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's Oklahoma!
Ras Johansen is currently writing a musical for Cameron Mackintosh and
wishing he still had a full head of hair. |
Jon McFarlane's recent credits include
the BBC TV series Tom Jones, Casualty, and
Our Mutual Friend.
Eric Redman has just appeared in Steven Spielberg's Saving Private Ryan
and Stuart St Paul's The Scarlet Tunic. He also appeared in Mosley
for Channel 4, playing Joseph Goebbels. Steve Dineen has worked on two
of Seán Martin's earlier short films, and has recently appeared
in Charley's Aunt in Wood Green. |
Composer John
Parish is the founder member of seminal Bristol band Automatic Dlamini.
Since 1994 John has collaborated with ex-Dlamini member P J Harvey, working
with her on her last two albums. In 1996 they also released a joint album
together, Dance Hall at Louse Point. To find out more about John

Production Manager Steve Werner has
worked extensively in television since graduating from Oxford University
in 1993. He is currently at the BBC. Editor Loren Squires trained in her
native New Zealand, and has been a freelance editor in London since 1995.
Director of Photography John Hoare has worked on drama, documentaries,
commercials, and promos throughout Europe. He also shot the feature

Assistant Director Bill Caunter is
a veteran of the long-running British TV drama The Bill. Parveen
Bitab's A Short Film About Darkness was screened at the 1998 Edinburgh
Festival. Sound Recordist Henry Nesbitt trained at the BBC, and has worked
on video installations and as a music producer in his native Lisbon. Nik
Harding is developing a number of projects, and is making his directorial
debut with the feature
Soul's Ark, which was shot in February 1999
